About Rockin' T Meadows
OUR NAME
The name, Rockin' T Meadows, comes from our 70' long front porch filled with "Rockin" chairs to look out across the rolling "Meadows" and hay fields, to relax and enjoy the scenery of cattle grazing and grass swaying in the breezes. The "T" of course, comes from the owners last name, Thornton.

LOCATION
The Rockin' T Meadows farm is located in Milner, Georgia, just a short drive from Atlanta, Macon, and all surrounding areas. It is a 160 acre family farm owned by John and Martha Thornton. The original house on the property was built in 1849 and had a gambrel wooden barn that we had restored to hold our family celebrations. Unfortunately, lightning hit the wooden barn in 2012 and it was totally destroyed. We rebuilt the new barn in 2013 to continue hosting our large family and church functions. Many people asked if we would consider hosting weddings. After much persuasion, in 2015 we decided to begin construction of our bride and groom rooms and renovations to create our dance hall. Since opening, we add have added new additions each winter to make our venue something special.
