DIY Package
When booking the DIY Package at Rockin' T Meadows, you are booking the venue with access to our decor inventory, chair set-up and breakdown, and parking staff. The rest is up to you! You can choose all of your vendors (must be approved) and you can decorate how you wish for your big day!
All-Inclusive Package
When you book the Rockin' T Meadows All-Inclusive Package, you are booking your Venue and all your Vendors all at once. Included in the price are the Venue, your Flowers, Cake, DJ, Catering, Officiant, Wedding Coordinator, Liability Insurance, Linens, and the option of three Photographers. With this Package, you can add a Videographer and our Bar Package, which includes a Bartender, Security Guard, Ice, Cocktail Hour Appetizers, and a Host Liquor License. The All-Inclusive Packages allows you to access the venue Friday and Saturday along with access to our inventory of decorations.
