Please note, an additional $1,000.00 will be added on to the cost of your wedding as a Security Deposit. This money will be refunded within 30-days of your event if there are no damages to our property.
There is an allotted budget for each vendor listed above. If you decide to add more items that are not included in this package, you are responsible for paying the additional fees directly to the vendor.
We have other menus available for the reception dinner. If you want a different catered menu other than BBQ, you will be responsible for paying the additional fee.

If you are serving alcohol on our property, you must purchase the Bar Package!

Appetizers for Cocktail Hour
Host Liquor License Added to Event Insurance
Please note: only beer, wine, and seltzers are allowed on property - no liquor!

This fee covers table and chair set-up for 50 people, as well as table linens.
Additional Guest Fee - $300.00
If your guest count exceeds 150 people, this fee will cover the set up and take down of additional ceremony chairs as well as additional tables and chairs for the reception dinner.
Fire Pit - $50.00
Cost covers wood and set-up of fire pit.
